The classic fermentation crock
Ohio Stoneware crocks are manufactured with heavy-duty fermenting in mind. Made in the traditional manner, and they sport a clean look that easily compliments the home, pantry or deli counter. The straight sides and large lip make them easy to handle, while the thickness of the crock maintains temperature regulation during the pickling process.
Featuring lead-free, food-safe glazes, the crocks are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe, and their smooth surfaces are easy to wipe clean.
